Bernina

Well, I was making good progress on my son's MLB quilt all weekend, until today. My ole' faithful, Bernina decided to stop working as I was nearing the finish line with the binding. I guess I'll have to stop and bring her in for a checkup =( I hope she'll be okay! I might just have to pull out another machine to work while she's away.

  1. Hi Lisa! I saw your comment on my blog about the stitch regulator but I couldn't find your email! Yep I do have a stitch regulator on there...but to tell you the truth I don't use it most of the time because I don't like it! I find my quilting is always better without it, and my stitches are a little big larger when I use the stitch regulator even with the stitch length set to as low as it goes. So don't feel too bad. :) I've talked to a few people that say the same thing...my older 1008 mechanical Bernina does a way better job. I have a Bernina 440...and I LOVE it. The throat space is a bit small to fit a quilt in though. Hope you had a nice holiday! -Allison
